Another aspect we can offer due to our contractor base is project management, so should you buy a property (maybe you have it already) and you wish to let out and it needs some works or even a full refurbishment to get it ready for rental, we offer a service where we do the works that are required (via our contractors) we then list the property, find you a tenant and manage it so takes all the stress out of your hands.
